META-IMMO Business center is located in west of Paris, at 10 mn from Paris la Défense by Metro (RER), and 100 meters from the "Rueil-Malmaison" RER station and RUEIL 2000.
META-IMMO leases executive offices to companies which require a dignified, professionnal environment with access to advanced office systems.	The offices are rented with furniture. The equipement includes plugs for a Local Area Network and for telephon communication systems.
You will assume none of the signifiants responsabilities of a french employer	You sign, as needed, for 1 to 23 months.
You are immediatly operational as you have at your disposal highly qualified and english speaking local employees from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.	The services are optionnal (bilingual secretary, Personalised telephone answering service), and a specific contract is proposed.

Located in a residential avenue, our modern offices, surrounded by gardens, offer a comfortable environment, close to transportations and malls. META-IMMO proposes to you the following equipments and services :

META-IMMO offices are equiped with an access to our Ethernet local area network, and with fast INTERNET access and optionnally with DECT phones and VoIP.

	Fully equiped offices (including furniture and telephone set) from 11 to 25 square meters, some of them communicating, enabling to host 1 to several persons. (Offices are hired on a monthly basis)
	Optional car park, with controlled access, located in the building.
	Business address (head office or commercial address): mail is daily forwarded
	Optional Service "Pack Telecom", including personalised telephone answering service on a permanent or "as needed" basis. Our DECT telephon equipement allows call identification : We announce your business name and in case of emergency, we can call you to any phone number you wish, either in France or abroad, to put you through directly. The service Pack includes also ADSL fast Internet, thru our switch, router and lines.
	Optional access to copier and fax (self service)
	Visitors welcome from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. ,
